Ed works closely with prospective and existing clients to understand their goals and develop a strategy for achieving them. He also oversees business operations and chairs the financial planning committee.
Ed began his career as an accountant having earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and then a Masters in Accountancy in Accounting and Finance (MAcc) from the University of Denver before making the transition into financial planning almost twenty years ago. In addition to the knowledge of accounting and tax codes that he learned throughout his educational and professional career, Ed maintains the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) and Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®) designations, as well as the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) certification.
Ed was born in Kiev and moved to Denver with his family when he was five. He eventually fled the cold mountain air of Colorado in favor of the California sun and currently lives in Manhattan Beach with his wife, Kelly, and their twin boys, Beckett and Hayden. Ed and Kelly enjoy the outdoors and spend a lot of time at the beach or going on hikes in the hills around Los Angeles. Ed is an active member at the Jonathan Club. He and Kelly love animals and Ed is a frequent contributor to various humane societies.
Sarah advises existing and prospective clients, partnering with them to understand their goals and develop strategies for achieving them. She also sits on the financial planning and investment committees and contributes to our broader organizational strategy.
Sarah's first career was in retail real estate development, which brought her from Chicago to Southern California where she made the transition into financial planning. Prior to joining Strategic View Advisors in 2018, she was with a private practice at Ameriprise and brought with her extensive financial planning and client relationship experience. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from Purdue University and a Certificate in Personal Financial Planning from the University of California, Los Angeles. She maintains the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) professional certification and holds the Series 7 and 66 licenses.
A born and bred Midwesterner, Sarah frequently returns to visit her large family. Here in Los Angeles, she and her wife Maureen enjoy exploring different neighborhoods, usually on foot, and play ice hockey which helps them remember what winter is. In 2019, they welcomed their son Thomas who is an absolute delight. Sarah serves on the LGBTQ+ & Ally Council of Northwestern Mutual in Southern California and is Co-Head of the Manhattan Beach, CA, chapter of The W Source™. Sarah is a regular blood donor for Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, a proud member of Kappa Alpha Theta sorority, and cares deeply about economic empowerment and enabling others to be the best versions of themselves.
Chris works closely with existing clients in making sure their planning adapts to their changing circumstances. He sits on the financial planning and investment committees, and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial planning and client service processes. Chris also oversees internal team development and growth.
Chris has more than a decade of financial planning and client relationship experience. He graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles and holds Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses. He maintains the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) and Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®) designations, as well as the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) certification.
Chris grew up in Vienna, Austria, and moved to Northern California for high school. He came to Los Angeles to attend UCLA, met his LA-native wife, Lindsay, and never left. They live in El Segundo with their daughters, Kate and Eliana. They enjoy traveling, especially out of the country, and are actively involved in their faith community.

Mollie is responsible for the creation of financial plans and investment analyses. She also sits on the financial planning and investment committees and contributes to our broader organizational strategy.
Mollie brings with her extensive experience from both Bernstein Global Wealth Management and Credit Suisse, where she handled a broad range of planning and client service responsibilities. She has an MBA from Pepperdine University, and holds Series 7 and 63 licenses. She maintains the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) and Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®) designations, as well as the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) certification.
After many years of working in social service, Mollie decided to take her passion for finance and desire to help others and channel it into the world of financial planning. Originally from the DC area, Mollie moved to Los Angeles in 2003 and currently lives in Redondo Beach. She enjoys hiking with her dogs, biking along the beach, learning new languages, and exploring new places with her fiancé, Jeff.

Carol is responsible for the creation and maintenance of financial plans and investment analyses. She sits on the financial planning and investment committees.
Carol has been in the finance industry for more than a decade, most recently at a firm she co-founded, Domus Capital Group, and brings with her extensive experience in financial planning, investment management, and client advising. She graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, with a M.S in Business Administration and a concentration in Finance. She maintains the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) professional certification and holds the Series 7 and 66 registrations.
Carol has enjoyed living up and down the California coast for most of her life and currently resides in El Segundo with her husband, Andrew, and daughter, Alexandra. She played Division I tennis all four years at Cal Poly, and continues to be an avid player today. She enjoys reading, traveling, discovering new wines, and spending time with her family. Having lost two grandparents to Alzheimer’s, she participates in the Walk to End Alzheimer’s, coordinating groups of walkers to raise funds to find a cure, and is a proud member of the Alzheimer’s Association.
Kennia is a crucial part of our operations and client service teams. She also acts as our director of first impressions, welcoming visitors to our office with her lovely southern charm.
A recent transplant from Kentucky, Kennia comes with almost 30 years of client service experience, including fourteen years in the banking industry and four in finance. Kennia was also an active volunteer for a variety of community and nonprofit organizations, including being the Community Leadership Development Chair, Alzheimer’s Association Walk Chair, Back To School Backpack Program Chair, Paramount Arts Center Festival Of Trees Co-Chair, and sitting on the Ashland Alliance Winter Wonderland of Lights Committee and the Boyd County 4H Adult Council.
Kennia and her husband, Scott, live on the beach in Redondo and enjoy their nightly walks along the coast, never missing a chance to head down to the beach. They also love travel and spending time with their children and grandchildren who live out of state.
Jeff works in our investment operations department, helping clients in a wide variety of ways, including opening new accounts, transferring funds, making changes to beneficiary arrangements, and placing trades.
Jeff brings with him over five years of experience in investment operations, compliance, and client service. He graduated from University of Colorado, Boulder with a Bachelors in Economics, and is a CFA Level III Candidate. He holds Series 7 and 66 licenses.
Born and raised in the valley, Jeff met his wife, Gabrielle, while living in Colorado. Eventually the lure of warm weather brought them back to Southern California, and they currently live in downtown LA with their golden retriever, Walter. They enjoy hiking, beach trips, live music, traveling abroad, and exploring new restaurants and breweries.
Rhodes works in our investment operations department, helping clients in a wide variety of ways, including opening new accounts, transferring funds, making changes to beneficiary arrangements, and placing trades.
Rhodes graduated from Pepperdine University with a degree in Business Administration, and is enjoying putting his operations experience from a technology startup to use in the financial services industry. He holds Series 7 and 63 licenses.
Born and raised in Orlando, Rhodes traveled west for college and never left, currently residing on the west side of Los Angeles. He enjoys surfing, camping, and live music, and combines his passion for service and travel through service trips throughout the Caribbean, as well as Central and South America. Despite being far from home, he is family-oriented, and takes great pride in his younger brother, who is currently working his way through the Toronto Blue Jays minor league system.

Alessandra runs the day-to-day workings of the office. She has broad range of responsibilities incorporating operations, marketing, administration, and scheduling.
Alessandra joins us with experience across multiple industries, most recently having spent the last three years putting her organizational and client management skills to use running an architecture office in West Hollywood. She attended Emerson College in Boston where she received a BS in Political Communications.
Although born and raised in Los Angeles, her extended family live primarily in New England/NYC, and she frequently travels back east to visit. With an Italian heritage, she loves good food and wine, and one of her favorite things to do is host dinners and cook for her friends. She also enjoys travel, with overseas trips scheduled every other year. Alessandra loves animals and works with a variety of animal welfare organizations trying to lower the feral cat population in LA through fostering, socializing, and TNR. On weekends you’ll find her hiking the mountains around LA, trying a new restaurant, or engrossed in a good book.

Steven is involved in the creation and maintenance of financial plans.
Steven bring with him industry experience from both Vanguard and Charles Schwab. He graduated from San Diego State with a degree in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Finance. He maintains the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) professional certification and holds the holds his Series 7 and 63 licenses.
A product of Southern California, Steven lives in Marina Del Rey and tries to get outdoors as much as possible to take advantage of the beautiful weather. He is an avid surfer and enjoys going on hikes with his dog, Indy.
